This offer includes:

  • 1 week of voice message support (via Telegram) before your session to clarify intentions, notice patterns, and prepare your body for the breathwork.

  • One 35–45 minute conscious connected breathwork session, facilitated virtually.

  • A recording of your breathwork session for reflection and integration

  • 1 week of post-session voice message support (via Telegram) to help process insights, sensations, and shifts as your body integrates the work.
